Katie joined Competitive Edge in 2009 to manage our Finance & Accounting division. Katie’s passion for people and background in sales has allowed her to excel in the recruiting and staffing industry. Katie has a positive energy that is contagious, and she truly enjoys interacting with her clients and candidates!

Katie brings over 13 years of expertise in Finance & Accounting recruitment to the CER team. This gives her a focused approach and allows her to quickly identify the needs of each client company and present only those individuals she feels would best fit within her client’s team. Katie was born and raised in the beautiful city of Eugene, OR. She is an animal lover and activist. She enjoys spending time with her family, she has a 10-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter.  She also visits her dog Ace (adopted by her father). Her other passions include working out at the gym, walking, music, and reading. She also is a licensed cosmetologist.
