Rudi Bellinazzo

Rudi Bellinazzo is leading CER’s recruitment, staffing and business development strategy for clients/candidates alike. Rudi has 25 years industry experience as an accounting and finance professional.

Rudi has been in the executive search, recruitment, and staffing industry since 1999. He worked for the executive search team of one of the largest international search and staffing firms before leaving in 2002 to begin his entrepreneurial journey with CER. Prior to 1999, Rudi worked hands-on in various capacities in the accounting and finance profession from staff to controller level within Fortune 500 publicly traded and medium sized privately held companies.

Rudi continues to develop and manages numerous client relationships across an array of industries ranging from early stage and pre-IPO organizations to multi-national corporations (up to $125B in annual revenues) and Fortune companies. His specialty recruitment experience includes roles within (but not limited to) – finance/accounting, strategy/corporate development, information technology, human resources/talent acquisition, manufacturing/operations, and sales/marketing.

Rudi’s personal and educational experiences are multi-cultural; parents from Italy and Liberia and grew up and traveled extensively on both the European and African continents. Despite this, after 25+ years of living and working in Oregon, Rudi does consider it home. Rudi is a graduate of the University of Portland with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Rudi enjoys sports activities, travel, movies, international cuisine, wine, and is an avid sports fan (NCAA, NBA and World Cup Soccer). Rudi also spends quality time with his family.
