Chelsea was recommended to me by a colleague when I was searching for a new position. Chelsea was friendly, attentive, and really listened when I talked about what I was looking for and what I wanted to avoid. By doing this, we were able to find the perfect position for me and my skill set without wasting time meeting employers who didn't fit my needs (and thus also didn't waste the employers' time meeting someone who didn't fit what they were looking for). She made the process very efficient, personalized, and exciting. I wouldn't have the job I have now (and love) if it weren't for her and her team. She definitely treated me like a person and not a line item.
