They had in person meetings with us to understand our requirements, they gave us bios on all the candidates, set up candidate interviews, checked in regularly to access where we were on the process, and managed the referral process as needed. They handled all of the hiring and placement details throughout the process. Competitive Edge Recruiting was also very sensitive and flexible to our deadlines which were sometimes aggressive.
